Limited parking. Transport sharing STRONGLY encouraged. Always a popular ride, so waiting list is enabled once all tickets sold. (If you are on wait list & can share transport with someone already attending, let us know asap & you'll be bumped up to 'attending')
Tickets can be purchased from 1st April thru 1st May, or
until all tickets sold.
(sometimes we close ticket sales early if unprecedented amount are sold!)
Please only purchase a ticket if you intend to ride. Last year we suffered from rides filling up asap and then 1/3 of the ticker holders did not attend!
(We know horses go lame etc, but multiple cancelation offenders will be blacklisted)
If you need to cancel you MUST inform the Ride Org, up until the morning of the event (by 9.00).
